Paranoia Is A Real Thing That Consumes One's Life

Paranoia (eg. persecutory delusions) is a real thing and we all strive to understand ourselves. It's very hard to admit but I'm finally coming out recently -- I've been like that since my teenage years. Oftentimes, people insist I'm bipolar but I rationalize that it's only depression with signs of paranoia.

To all people out there who have been making up theories about my sometimes irrational and erratic behavior -- never once in my life did I do illegal/recreational drugs, I rarely drink alcohol (and those times, always in small regulated amounts), and I'm not taking any medications.

Perhaps maybe in my quest to understand myself, maybe my extreme introversion is one of the causes...

"PARANOIA is a consuming disorder (it consumes your life), and there are rarely any breaks. Those with paranoia also tend to perceive danger and conspiracy even more than those with anxiety. Those with ANXIETY simply worry, and while their minds may go to worst case scenarios, they still know that these are just worries."
